SharePoint Custom SiteActionMenu- Navigate Custom Application Page

Step 1: Create Sharepoint Project

Step 2: Add New Item Select Elements

Step 3: Peaste the below content and deploy the site

Step 4: Go to SiteActionMenu you have seen the News Page Menu.
